Tenlegs is looking for an experienced Customer Experience and User Interface designer to join our team in New York City. We are a fast growing new startup based in the Village. We are growing rapidly with increased acceptance from the artist community and are looking to expand our creative team. Our team is made up of fun, smart, intellectual and creative sorts. Work closely with our Design Head to drive Customer Experience and UI designs from idea to implementation
Methodically develop wireframes, site maps, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes and functional specs per Design Head’s guidance
Collaborate with Research Engineers, Marketing Department, content producers and management to refine the user experience
Analytical, insightful Customer Experience and User Interface design student with a talent for developing creative solutions within tight budgets and timelines
Passionate and dedicated thought leader with ability to develop and implement new products and ideas
Experience in designing user-driven interactive experiences
A combination of creative and technology knowledge preferred

Methodical in user-centered design, including building complex transactional applications and social networking features.
Understand usability best practices, consumer behaviors and desired experiences
Ability to translate your ideas into solid deliverables that tech teams can take and run with – including a knack for translating business/marketing speak to tech speak and vice versa
