Overview

Boston-based consumer mortgage solution start-up Goodly Home is looking for a freelance UX/UI designer who has experience in Web Application design. The candidate must have a portfolio with proven work in web application design and a passion for creating intuitive, easy-to-use online utilities. The candidate must also possess exceptional insights into usability, user experience, and have excellent visual design skills.
This is a part-time freelance engagement which can be done from any location and that could last between 4-6 weeks, depending upon hours & availability. The freelance UX/UI designer would work from our existing UX strategy documents (wireframes, user scenarios, user flows, product definition & goals) and website to design the UI for our web application, which is comprised of:
(1)educational tools to help a user learn about mortgages and the home-buying process
(2) an online mortgage application using modern personal data gathering technologies

Minimum 4-year degree (B.S. or B.A.), ideally in a related field (design, HCI, human factors, computer science, technical writing, psychology, etc.)
