Ruby Seven Studios, a social and mobile gaming studio, is looking for a User Acquisition Lead to rock our San Francisco office. Help manage user acquisition strategy for growing portfolio of nearly 2 dozen games
Help build, track, and optimize UA campaigns on Facebook and mobile advertising platforms
Manage communication with advertising partners in order to optimize campaign performance
Create UA performance overviews to report to company and board
Help manage priority of advertising on current and new channel implementations
Evaluate and action on campaigns based on ROI and LTV
Seek, test, and evaluate new advertising channels/partners
Work with design team to develop creative assets for products
Innovate new ways to develop and constantly improve UA strategy
Minimum 1 year user acquisition experience
Experience working in the social/mobile freemium game industry
Experience managing Facebook and mobile advertising campaigns
Excellent data analysis skills
Experience working in a metrics-driven role
Excellent negotiation skills
Skills in organization and attention to detail
Self-starter with a problem solving attitude
Passion for social casino games
Enthusiasm for a startup environment
Top-notch sense of humor, wicked smart mind, and initiative to be the CEO of UA
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
