Overview
We are a full-service design agency offering design and development for enterprise, B2B, consumer, and social media sites and applications. We love usable interfaces and our passion is to improve (and invent) the products of our clients!
Responsibilities
You are ready for new challenges in design for web application, mobile interfaces, and touchscreen experiences! You're bored with working on one product continuously and are looking to expand your portfolio and horizons with interesting, varied work (your next personal best wants to happen!). You will be responsible for delivering quality work on time and to happy clients.
Ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams of developers and designers.
Lead design and vision for user interface and visual designs of applications for mobile and web platforms; offer innovative solutions to unique problems.
Provide constructive feedback and ability to lead designers and developers to do the best work they've ever done.
Communicate with clients to ensure quality work and long-lasting relationships.
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience managing people.
5+ years user interface and visual design.
Mastery of visual languages and ability to adapt visual style to the changing needs of clients, trends, and hardware limitations.
Leadership experience and ability to mentor, lead, motivate teams.
Outstanding communication - both written and verbal.
Online portfolios are required for consideration for this position.
