We are currently seeking a User Interface and designer with solid Creative Suite to join a creative team passionate about designing and building great experiences at one of the fastest growing e-commerce travel technology companies in the world.
Our team aims to create a beautifully clean site that customers are drawn to, find easy to use, and quickly understand. The right designer will have such a clean and minimalist style it would make Apple blush.
This person will be responsible for designing UI/UX for hotel and car products leading to improved CRO metrics for the world’s #2 Online Travel Agency by traffic, so a structured and systematic approach to improving the performance of our website is critical. The right designer will be well versed in many of the near endless ways you can test and optimize for better conversion rates.
An exceptional portfolio that showcases solid conceptual, color, layout graphic design skills as well as fully functional web projects, striking a balance between feeling and functionality is a must.
The ideal candidate must be a highly self-motivated team player and a quick learner who able to work independently and with direction as part of a team.
Working projects from inception to posting-coordination with the business stakeholder, project managers as well as a product manager to conceptualize and produce dynamic designs
Planning and designing layouts and navigational structure for assigned projects
Creating high converting page layouts
Developing innovative, elegant and highly usable design solutions for a Web 2.0 environment
Performing design and usability testing functions as required
Interpreting usability data, analytics and common site metrics to improve CRO
3+ years of experience in professional web application design experience
Exceptional portfolio that showcases solid conceptual, color, layout graphic design skills as well as fully functional web projects is a must.
Strong proficiency in Creative Suite.
A strong and clean visual design sense.
User interface design experience is must
Detailed understanding of marketing campaign pipelines including audience, call to action and purpose of each marketing project assigned.
Experienced enough with HTML 5 / CSS 3.0 to make minor edits without assistance
Able to work on PC based platform.
A deep understanding of branding concepts and online marketing principles.
Experience in travel business
Recognition/awards in the design community
Provide design rules/guidelines on all projects as needed.
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, organize and manage time
Consistently produce a high quality work
Must possess a positive attitude, a great work ethic and willingness to see projects through to completion.
Bachelor or Master degree in Graphic/Web/Communication Designs
