Work closely with our Head of Product to create engaging and cohesive Member experiences across our platform, and play a crucial role in the design of new site features.
Deliver user experience designs using sketches, prototypes, wireframes, user flows and full fidelity mockups.
Utilize best practices for UX Design for the full design life cycle, from requirements gathering and refinement to full fidelity prototypes.
Be part of an iterative design and development process while creating appropriate artifacts and documentation to support designs.
Work with Product Development, Marketing, Technology, Customer Service and Executive management to meet technical and business needs while ensuring that the end-user is the top priority.
Think like a growth-hacker who understands how engaging experience can encourage users to invite relevant friends and drive growth.
Demonstrated skills around user-centered design, disciplines and principles as well as an eye for subtle and aesthetic detail.
Ability to quickly distill complex functionality requirements into clean, understandable and elegant solutions.
Ability to present samples and/or a portfolio of prior work.
Articulate in current trends, including Lean UX and Responsive Design.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative and collaborative environment.
Must live accessible to midtown Manhattan office.
Undergrad Junior or higher
