Overview
In this role, you’ll be responsible for opening new Client opportunities, cultivating existing relationships, and focusing on strategic impact that can drive greater Client opportunities for the organization. A seasoned, articulate, passionate, driven, energetic, entrepreneurial, ambitious, creative, intelligent, innovative, inspired individual who stops at nothing to get to where they need to be. This person is ready for a change that will work in harmony with their talents, strengths and potential weaknesses. The ideal person is an “opener” of relationships and a seasoned “strategist”. Someone who stops at nothing to get to where they want to be, yet, knows when to be patient to get to the right outcome; a driver, an innovator and a relationship expert.
The expectation of this role is to create + grow strategic Client opportunities (i.e., securing the right Clients), alongside our Business Development division and build + manage our Client Services team. Ultimately, working to support larger volume Accounts with additional revenue potential. Going beyond that, you’ll add greater value to our existing team by supporting different departments, utilizing your insane relationship skills to nurture existing accounts and future accounts, while paving the way for your own personal growth and development.
This person will have a major voice with big impact. They’ll help us drive great opportunities to expand our reach (domestic + global), and innovate with us every step of the way, with amazing opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities
Open + Cultivate Client opportunities (mid-high level accounts - qualify strategic leads for our Business Development Division)
Nurture existing accounts
Build Client Services team
Manage Client Services team
Build Relevant Partnerships
Collaborate with Creative Lead on new projects
Collaborate with Development Lead on new projects
Improve internal + external communications + organizational strategy/roadmap
Communicate with outside media
Create your own voice through blogging, guest articles, speaking engagements, etc…
Attend new media, new technology, or innovative industry conference(s)
Support growth of agency image + add greater value

Compensation
*Compensation: Contractor: 100% Commission + Profit Sharing Opportunity (to transition to full-time salary OR part-time hourly after the 90-120 day probationary period - transition based on performance + added value*)
