Building a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages from initiate to close
Primary contact and ongoing management of all accounts after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and drive maximum sales
Setting and meeting sales targets across the whole company
Managing a small team of Sales Managers to set and meet sales targets in complimentary verticals
Reporting to the CEO and board on sales performance and shifting trends in the market
Strong experience (2+ years) in digital advertising sales
A portfolio of digital marketing / advertising contacts in Fortune 1000 companies and in media agencies
Experience working in a fast paced, internet environment
Excellent sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships.
A track record in delivering and hitting advertising targets
Good organizational and time management skills
