Overview
Mashiyu Studios Inc is looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience in the entertainment software/video game industry. We are looking for candidates that can help us in our early stage development while we locate investors into our company.
Responsibilities
Oversee our daily operations of the game studio and (planned) CGI studio
Prepare reports on operation scheduling and product development stages
Create policies and procedures for operations sector of the company
Work with other departments including finance, marketing and IT
Experience
2-5 or more years in the entertainment software industry preferred
Must have knowledge of the operations and ability to build this department up
Experience in the start up field a plus, but not required for the right candidate
Skills
Ability to build up Studio Operations
Experience in video game, software or related field
Dynamic personality with ability to work in a strong team environment
Self starter with high motivation to work in a start up
Education
BA in Business Management or related field
MA preferred, but not required
MA preferred, but not required
