Overview
We are looking for a highly qualified individual to lead our BPO center in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
Responsibilities
Oversee Call Centre
Oversee Document Processing
Work with Finance & Marketing Departments
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Develop services with marketing and staff scalability
Other duties as prescribed by Board
Experience
At least 6 years in BPO field
At least 3 or more years in BPO Leadership
Great knowledge of call centre operations and document processing services
Teamwork oriented
Skills
Call Centre

Business process Outsourcing (BPO)
Team Leadership skills
Familiarity with various BPO software and VOIP services
Set up of call centre teams
Education
H.S Diploma or similar
Prefer BA/BS in Business Management
