JOB DESCRIPTION
Eyeview (www.eyeviewdigital.com), an innovative video advertising solutions start-up, is looking for a director Media supply to lead Eyeview’s audience buying strategy in a fast-paced programmatic environment. The Director will oversee Eyeview’s media offering and will work to form programmatic direct deals with leading publishers.

The director will build a supply team to manage the relationships with existing supply partners and will constantly optimize Eyeview’s media offering based on market demand.

We are looking for a leader that will be able to build a team and facilitate a scalable supply-buying structure.
Responsibilities
Job Description
Develop methodologies and best practice to manage all supply partners (exchanges, networks, publishers) including day-to-day analysis, optimization, and development to drive performance.
Establish a supply team to manage audience buying and programmatic direct deals.
Identify and address product or technical requirements or issues related to supply partnerships.
Establish support processes for sales, operations, and product, on performance topics related to supply.
Engage the product team to prioritize development for supply expansion, performance optimization, etc.
Project management for the integration and roll out of new supply sources through procurement, integration, measurement, and organizational adoption.
Experience
6+ years of experience, with specific experience in helping drive RTB methodologies and campaign enhancements, managing SSP and Exchange partnerships in high frequency, and high volume businesses.
Demonstrated account (partner) management / business development capabilities.
Experience in managing AM/Biz Dev/Ops teams in the field of online advertising.
Experience integrating and optimizing supply or demand partnerships.
Experience in an Ad tech startup environment
Experience working in the online advertising space
Business development experience
Skills
Experience / Skills Required:
4+ years of experience, with specific experience in helping drive RTB methodologies and campaign enhancements, managing SSP and Exchange partnerships in high frequency, and high volume businesses.
Demonstrated account (partner) management / business development capabilities.
Experience in managing AM/Biz Dev/Ops teams in the field of online advertising.
Experience integrating and optimizing supply or demand partnerships.
Strong hands-on analytical and organizational skills.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment where multiple departments need to come together to get things done.
Proven problem solver with a ‘make it happen’ attitude.
