GiveArang is a an online platform that enable schools to create, streamline, manage fundraising beyond just monetary means so the outcome is fruitful for all stakeholders.

As one of the founding members, you'll work closely with the CEO and will focus on business development strategy as well as be responsible for tactical implementation. As a leader in this role, you are able to engage and build involvement with others on the team to assist in successful implementation of new marketing and sales initiatives. You leverage experience in traditional marketing concepts and blend them with new digital communication channels to maximize the reach to our potential members. You are accountable for achieving financial objectives. You are the face of the company and use all channels of communication to build strong relationships with the goal of growing our member base. You have a strong presence in the community and attend events regularly with the intent of making new and nurturing existing contacts. You are an advocate for our community and passionately represent us.
Focus on growing our members-base that consists of schools, charities, any nonprofit organization, and small businesses.
Build and grow our sale team.
Create compelling content, become a primary thought leader in the big picture area of our service area.
Developing relationships that deliver long-term, broad-based partnerships.
Cultivate new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
Attend nonprofit or charity events and support overall marketing efforts
Tenacious and results-focused and robust in your response to setbacks and challenges, you nevertheless strike the right balance between confidence and persistence and patience and diplomacy.
Have a work history and proven track record in sales who has consistently exceeded the sales targets set for him/her.
Business to business sales experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to attend networking events on a weekly basis.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Understand the value of social media tools: Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, LinkedIn, WordPress.
1-3 years of prior work experience as an account representative, account manager, or similar type of position a plus.
Have a passion to help communities and others.
Strong community involvement.
Have an infectious personality.
Focus on great results rather than process.
A four year degree in: Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
As this is a true startup the initial team will be compensated with founding shares.
