V.P. of Broker Partnerships
Responsibilities
Seeking a V.P. of Broker Partnerships to build out a nationwide network of 50+ established, independent real estate brokers to represent home buyers from our website and to assist in the ramp up of an average of 10 agents per broker.
Experience
We are seeking established real estate brokers (or agents subject to very low broker overrides) that are smart, ambitious and number/investment oriented.
You should have the ability and desire to become THE investment real estate guru for your local area. You may continue your current business without any involvement from us or you can ramp up your practice with our tools. We only require to be paid on those user leads that come through our website.
Specifically, we are looking for agent/brokers with the following skills and background:
Current real estate license. (Broker license preferred, but agents with ‘low fee’ broker overrides permitted).
Strong customer service / follow up;
Passionate about investment real estate; numbers oriented;
Experienced, detailed, and organized; able to complete, document and close a transaction in a timely manner and without assistance.
Able to present to and interact well with real estate investors, including first time and sophisticated, high net worth investors.
Able to recruit and manage a team of real estate agent.
Skills
Recruiting, training and managing an ever growing nationwide network of independent real estate brokers.
Directing the marketing/prospecting efforts of the individual broker-partners within their local area.
Managing the recruiting efforts of broker-partners for additional real estate agents.
Compensation
$250k-$350k expected on a performance basis.
