Reporting to the CEO, VP of Engineering will provide vision, leadership, management and long-term direction for all aspects of the software development organization, product development, quality assurance, documentation, and testing for a multi-tier enterprise class software product.

Responsibilities
Lead Engineering Team
Lead Product Specifications and Development
Proven hands on experience in scalability and infrastructure development along with the ability to demonstrate your expertise in high availability open source architecture and development.
Must be able to produce significant quantity of high quality code in a very short time and help others do the same.
Experience

Skills
Hands on Leadership i.e., writing high quality code and help others do the same.

Compensation
