Overview
PathSource (www.PathSource.com) offers a complete career education solution. The core of the product are 1-3 minute informational interviews on video to help young people select careers and decide what to do with their lives. We've been doing so well that San Francisco is putting PathSource into every one of its high schools!
PathSource is being used across the country in middle schools, high schools and charter schools as well. There's a tremendous amount of data from our pilots indicating that PathSource is the most effective career navigation tool on the market.
PathSource has raised angel capital and is seeing rapid growth. You'll have an opportunity to work directly with senior management, which includes a senior education professional and a Harvard Business School and Kennedy School grad.

Responsibilities
Interviewing 10s and hundreds of people
Inputting information about their education and career into our database
Experience
Little experience necessary
Skills
You need to be willing to go up to someone you don't know and ask them to do a 1-3 minute interview about their career.
You must be ok dealing with rejection, because not everyone is going to agree to do an interview.
You need to be organized.
You need to be responsive
Only polite, courteous applicants need apply.
You absolutely must have or be able to get your hands on an HD video camera and a computer with which you can upload videos.
Compensation
$3-$5 per video uploaded into our system with corresponding information about the interviewee. If you are efficient, that corresponds to $45-$75 per hour.
