Overview
Blurbrink Inc is looking for a recruiter for a commission only position. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter. Ability to work on a commission only basis while developing a pipeline of contract employees.
This is a virtual position, which requires you to work from home or provide your own office space and equipment. Recruiter works as an Independent Contractor on a 1099 basis. This is a commission only position

Responsibilities
Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
Experience
2+ years of recent experience recruiting IT talent in a fast paced company setting
Must be proficient in the IT Industry.
Must have own access to job boards
Must have experience as a Recruiter in the IT Industry
Minimum of 1+ years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals.
Experience in staffing or contingent workforce staff augmentation, direct-hire placement or other professional service oriented workforce services as recruiter are encouraged to apply.
Skills
Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
Education
Bachelors Degree preferred, however, we will consider strong candidates with equivalent work experience
Compensation
Recruiter works as an Independent Contractor on a 1099 basis. This is a commission only position
