Help the world's most innovative premium toy company build the world's most innovative web business.
Responsibilities
Observe. Prototype. Test.
Provide marketing leadership for online marketing campaigns
Project manage all changes and enhancements with India-based web development agency
Build strategy for future in-house development team
Oversee all ongoing website redesigns and feature enhancements; convert. convert. convert.
Manage and execute customer acquisition tests. We're always testing what works and doesn't work.
Design all aspects of the website to support product launches and marketing initiatives
Add video content to website
Test the bologna out of browsers/operating systems to manage all bugs/fixes needed to provide a brilliant experience from any angle
Manage technical back-end requirements (SSL, domain renewal, backups, etc.)
Manage SEO implementation of technical recommendations
Implementing auto-sender emails and triggered email campaigns
Manage mobile site design and launch
Manage integration with ERP and 3PL
Experience
All things related to attracting, enticing and converting droves of customers the world over. Manage a phenomenal team of developers from India and make your career and your retirement all while helping Tegu serve the nation of Honduras through job creation for the poor.
