We’re looking for a passionate Visual Designer who will work closely with the Art Director and Senior Designers to define the creative tone for a new and emerging industry. Candidates should have a passion for user-centered design and the ability to translate great concepts into award-winning work ranging from product support to social campaigns. Maintain brand integrity while working with the Art Director and Senior Designers to broaden our visual vocabulary and push creative to new levels of excellence
Tackle the challenges of bringing an emerging technology to the masses with passion and future vision
Produce user-centered work from concept to completion across multiple mediums (web, print, environmental, packaging)
Maintain a level head under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team members and internal departments (sales, product development, software development, events, retail, human resources, PR)
Two or more years of graphic design experience
Experience with motion graphics a plus
Experience building presentations in Keynote a plus
Passion for user-centered design
A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of type, bold design, and out-of-the-box thinking
Passion for typography and ability to translate concepts into designs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platform
Familiarity with 3D printing / digital fabrication / MakerBot a plus
A BFA in graphic design, communication design, or a comparable field
