Attractive opportunity for a largely B-to-B sales environment in Cisco Advanced Unified communications domain.

Sales executive will be compensated with VERY VERY high percentage of gross sales (before net profit) amount as commissions.

Our convergence product's mission is to enrich a customer’s investment in Cisco’s Unified Communications by delivering products and solutions, that are readily available and innovatively customizable in cost effective ways. We are committed to realize this mission by setting highest standards of communications products and solutions that enable businesses to excel.

Features like LIVE Audio/Text Paging, Auto-Dialer notifications, Call-Recording and many more features specific to Cisco UC environment. We also support customization of a client's specific software needs pertaining to UC environment.

Sales Opportunity

We would offer 100% commission based opportunity on monthly sales. This is a high growth potential opportunity that would require minimal technical know-how and maximum head-room to grow.

Our Cisco UC Convergence product has a great potential to grow along with Cisco's CUCM, which is a market leader in the North America. The sales is going to be more business-to-business and to our company's potential partners and their clients.

We are a startup with a very innovatively placed product to compliment Cisco's CUCM capabilities. The convergence product, which enhances communication capabilities for a client, has the potential to cut across many verticals like K-12, higher education, healthcare, legal, retail, etc.

We will provide training on the product, marketing initiatives overview, sales strategy, many sales contacts by the region, data sheets, brochures and engineering support to our sales reps.

The product licenses have a potential to bring over 10K per Cisco partner/client per month in a geographical region. We intend to share upto 45% of the total gross revenue from the generated sales by the representative.
Responsibilities
All help will be provided for the following responsibilities
1. Contact Cisco Partners in your geographic area and help create company partnerships
2. Follow up lead sales oportunities with the Cisco Partner for LiteRay Solutions software
3. Build Pipleline and close deals as guided by Bellevue office until self-dependant
4. Create BOM (bill of materials), sales metrics
5. Responsibile for monthly and meet monthly and quarterly targets
Experience
Preferably 3+ years experience
Freshers will be trained
Skills
Fluent spoken and written English
Client and Partner management skills
Basic knowlege of a software sales cycle
Burning desire to achieve higher standards
Education
No Preference. An undergraduate degree is preferred

Compensation
