Interested in defining the future of mobile payments? We are looking for a talented Isis User Experience Lead to join our Product team in NYC. This role is pivotal, as together with the Product Lead, you will have dual ownership of the product roadmap, product definition, and the end-user experience of the Isis Wallet, a payment app on multiple mobile OS's with attendant consumer and partner Web portals.
You will work with multiple stakeholders to create an optimal user experience for a digital wallet system that supports users, MNOs, banks, retailers, and service providers. You will need to herd the cats and connect the dots with marketers, salespeople, other product managers, designers, developers, and QA/testers who will challenge all manner of requirements and processes. In the end, your job is to make sure we produce a product that users can truly find useful and engaging.
You will ensure that the wallet experience meets business goals and user expectations. With the initial release of the Wallet app and service soon in-market, you will prioritize and define the next-generation set of features that will take the Wallet through 2014 and beyond. You will be able to look back and say: I was a part of bringing mobile payments to the masses. Sound intriguing?
