Our product is an automated customer communication network. Our services will revolutionise a wide range of service providers' businesses, significantly boosting net revenues. More will be revealed at interview.
Our product and services are based on new technology developed in-house; the elegance, simplicity and power allow them to have a strong effect on businesses and their customers.
The product is highly attractive within countless industries and is especially appealing during a recession. Our initial primary sectors include complementary healthcare (e.g. physiotherapists) and high street service businesses (e.g. hairdressers).
There has been an extremely positive response from market research and trial customers. Product launch is imminent.
We are looking for an intelligent sales manager to drive direct sales to small service businesses, or chains, by turning pre-qualified leads into sales and by encouraging customer referrals.
You will be responsible for; taking sales meetings and product demonstrations with prospects, communicating issues and ideas back into the company, handling all communication with the prospect and building a network to encourage subsequent referrals.
This is a complex product sale, where the benefits are strong but not always immediately obvious, and where sales obstacles need to be overcome. As such, experience in understanding small service sector companies is important. .
You will be joining the sales team at an exciting stage, as we are launching a new product and growing. There are opportunities to take on extra responsibilities and for promotion.
Experience of small-scale, complex B2B sales
Experience of dealing with service SMEs (preferably in our primary sectors)
Experience of working with external PR agencies (desirable)
Ability to think about the broader business issues
Good at relationship building with business owners
Fast learner & communicative - we're a new company and we need to understand and adapt quickly to our customers' needs
Multi-tasker - ability to deal with large number of small deals at any time
Outstanding control of English
