Overview

Responsibilities:

Processing fax/phone/portal/will-call orders for delivery
• All orders to be keyed daily adhering to respective cut off times
• Email release orders to respective warehouse for shipment
• Check order entry basket daily for orders under credit management hold and backordered items
• Check Partners Portal for new orders throughout the day
o Complete orders in Portal once shipped and invoiced
• Assist Customers/Sales with Portal orders
• Process Goods Issue and Invoice once shipment has been confirmed by warehouse

All credit related questions (credit management hold) must be emailed to Credit Manager

Invoices to be filed on a daily basis

Mail Invoices to customers at least once a week

Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, and other common office equipment and software
• SAP
• Outlook
• Excel
