Overview
The Web Application Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing software for
several e-commerce web sites. S/he will be responsible for designing new consumer web
applications and maintaining existing applications. The ideal candidate for this position is very
strong on front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end web application development (PHP,
MySQL), and has experience developing large scale web applications running on multiple servers.

Responsibilities
1. Design and implement web applications using HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and
AJAX techniques Task Management- accuracy, precision, and diligence in completion of kits to
specifications
2. Create design documentation and complete unit testing of applications
3. Ensure that new applications and features are fully tested and deployed to all the
applicable web sites
Experience
1. At least 3-5 years of Web application development
2. Client side web application development with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX
3. Server side web application development with PHP and MySQL
4. Experience developing large-scale web applications running on multiple servers
5. Experience in an e-commerce company a plus
6. Minimum education level = BS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
Skills
1. Languages: JavaScript, HTML, SQL, PHP, CSS
2. Software: CVS, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator experience is helpful
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - ability to prioritize demands and
multitask to complete daily objectives.
Education
Minimum education level = BS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
