Overview
We are building apps that will impact the way consulting firms (large and small) will operate and introduce their people to their customers.
This is a boot strapped endeavor at the moment and we need to complete a working first version of the software and start working on customer development before going out for an initial round of funding.
I need your help to focus on the engineering side while I focus on building a foundation for the business.

Responsibilities
The app is currently built on Google AppEngine (java stack)
You will be fully responsible for coding/hacking and co-responsible for engineering decisions.
Experience
Java development experience is needed.
Google AppEngine Experience is nice to have but not 100% necessary.
Skills
Core skillset should be around Java: 3 - 5+ years
Google AppEngine (nice to have)
Front End (JavaScript/CSS/HTML 5)
Hacking the planet is a plus
Education
Life experience counts for a lot. A degree showing you've been geeking out professionally for years does too.
Compensation
As a bootstrapped enterprise I am looking for a partner and co-founder who can work for a stake in the ownership of the firm. At this time salary is not available, but I can pick up some business expenses.
