Overview
We're looking for an innovative, talented web designer to join Oodle and help build the next generation of great products. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces that are easy to use while packed with power features.

Responsibilities
Develop a compelling overall vision for Oodle
Design interaction flows and individual features
Directly design the final look
Learn from customer feedback to improve future versions
Partner with software engineers to deliver a great finished product
Experience
Strong interaction design skills
Compelling visual design and aesthetic sense
Ability to juggle many tasks at once - and to work on 2 projects at the same time
Experience designing for consumer/e-commerce sites
Online portfolio including examples of solving complex UI problems
5+ years of industry experience
A passionate advocate for customers and their needs
Self-motivated leader who can drive a design initiative from end to end
Able to partner well with business and engineering leaders
An expert communicator - able to discuss the pros and cons of design choices
Constantly learning new ways to innovate, up-to-date on the latest in the industry
