Responsibilities
Front end Web Design and Layout implementation
Experience
This is a high volume, data rich site. The site is JavaScript intensive with lots of AJAX and gobs of JSON that can be of highly variable sizes which can make layout challenging. If you don't know what that means particularly from a design implimentation perspective, or if your favorite technical word is "Flash", you need not apply
You get the difference between making something that's stunning and making something that's pretty but usable. This site needs to be designed with user conversion in mind - we're out to build a site that makes money and not one that gets design awards
You've got a couple of big front end design projects under your belt that you can point us at to demonstrate your talents
Skills
Great web design skills especially in data intensive environments (eg Zillow, Redfin type data densities)
Great web development skills especially layout, CSS, hand coded HTML etc etc
