Overview
We're seeking an accomplished web designer to join our technical team, to take our ideas and mockups and transform them to an MVP. You will be the first specialist web designer hire so the ability to lead web design is a must.
You will have experience in design technologies (e.g. Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, wire-framing tools etc.) and an educational background in a design or development discipline. Creative flair, originality and desire to do really great work are in your blood.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain design mockups, usage scenarios, prototypes and other design documents.
Own the design of an impactful user interface and related features.
Significantly influence our product strategy and direction.
Create cutting-edge, immersive web experiences that look fantastic but are also efficient and functional.
Experience
Experience in HTML (inc. HTML5) and CSS.
Worked with real-time data-feeds/services (e.g. AJAX).
Expert in UI and UX design.
Experience coding front-end web designs with cross-browser compatibility.
Understanding of basic web-based and client/server architectures.
