Overview
We are looking for a web developer with expertise in markup and stylesheet languages (HTML/XML/CSS/XSL/JAVASCRIPT/JQUERY). If you are capable of more than this that is great, as that will provide good overlap with our other developer, who is more backend oriented.
Responsibilities
We need you to handle the design/ui/front-end portion of the site.
Experience
We currently do not have an experience requirement. This will be a big project with plenty of challenges ahead in the future so the more experience the better. We don't expect anyone to know everything and that there will be some learning and growing pains along the way. Although, if you know how to do everything..PERFECT!

Compensation
Co-founder equity share of the company. We are unsure if we will need venture capital or not, but we aim not to need any so that the founders retain all ownership as we grow. Also, this will be a part-time/side project so don't quit your day job!
