Responsibilities
Support web development efforts, including the complete requirements analysis, design, development, and testing of our website.
Write reusable and efficient code.
Improve performance, scalability, and availability of systems.
Create quality interfaces and experiences.
Delivering load efficient web pages are of your highest priority.
Invent novel solutions to challenges and problems.
Contribute to the design and the development of the website.
Collaborate with managers, writers and designers in an open, creative environment.
Experience
A passion for ecommerce technology and creating consumer/merchant centric applications.
2-3 years experience in developing commerce websites.
Knowledge of web standards, browser compatibility.
Willingness to pickup new skills and technology in a competitive environment.
Have an eye for detail.
Have completed at least 2 software development life-cycles.
A proven track record of execution.
Skills
Technical Skills:
Drupal, PHP, CSS, HTML, Javascripts, JQuery, MySQL, Cross Browser Development (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
Plus:
Ecommerce (payment gateway integration), CakePHP, YUI
