Working for the Technology & Product Design & Development (TPD) Organization within Private Access, this individual will be a key member in advancing current and future company web products, services & solutions such as PrivateAccess.com, RecruitSource.com and TrialsFinders.com. This person will participate in designing, prototyping and developing next generation core technologies within the company’s technology roadmap. She/he will be responsible for designing, coding, unit testing, documenting and maintaining web and ASP .NET architecture-based products and initiatives, while ensuring accurate, timely, cost-effective execution and delivery of technical solutions in accordance with business requirements, company goals, and industry best practices & procedures.

 5+ years experience in web-based development, architecture, and systems design

 Strong technical background in ASP .NET architecture and multi-tiered systems

 Effective project delivery experience with great attention to detail

 Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with outstanding oral, written and presentation capabilities

 Strong ability to generate specific, detailed concepts from abstract information

 Ability to work in an environment that is agile and has shifting priorities from time to time

 Ability to work within a software engineering methodology with the goal of following a well-defined SDLC

 Strong competencies in leading-edge technologies

 Extensive experience designing and developing Microsoft .NET web applications in C# using Web Forms and MVC

 Extensive experience developing web services using WSDL/SOAP and REST protocols with ASP.NET Web Services and WCF

 Expert in HTML 4.0 or higher (5.0), CSS 2.0 or higher (3.0), and JavaScript; AJAX and jQuery experience is a plus

 Extensive experience with XML and related technologies (i.e. XSLT, XML Schema (XSD), and XPATH)

 Experience developing in RDBMS server environments, particularly SQL Server 2005/2008

 Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or comparable tools

 Experience reading and creating UML diagrams including sequence, class, and collaboration/activity diagrams

 Experienced with Agile, XP (Extreme Programming), RUP SDLC processes

 Experience with source control and related tools such as VSS, CVS, Subversion

 Experience with automated build and related tools such as Bamboo and CruiseControl.NET

 Experience with bug tracking and ticketing tools such as JIRA

 Experience with Oracle Database 10g is a plus

 Experience with ORM, OOP, Design Patterns, Adobe ActionScript, Java, DOM design a plus
