Overview
Planmesh is a website and application looking to disrupt the calendaring industry and change the way we think about planning. The website is just a few weeks from launching in beta mode.
We are looking for a technical co-founder to be the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As CTO you will lead the development of Planmesh and steer the development and execution of new features that will benefit our audience. Applicants must be architects, web developers, interface designers and have a good grasp of multiple programming languages.
The CTO will be responsible for all the technical aspects of Planmesh and be able to manage developers and resources as the company grows.

Responsibilities
Oversee development of the website: system requirements, coding, timely deployment, debugging, documentation and performance monitoring
Lead team in developing iPhone and iPad applications based on website
Recruit and select staff of web developers with expertise in multiple programming languages
Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing developments initiatives and setting timetables for development and deployment of new features
Update website continuously based on user feedback in an effort to improve user experience
Lead team in product development
Experience
Previously worked in a start-up environment
Experience is Photoshop is a bonus but not required
Well versed in current APIs

Compensation
Negotiable. Generous equity will be awarded to the right candidate.
