A person willing to be the customer’s trusted advisor while delivering bullet proof solutions.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of successful customer interaction while contributing to complex, enterprise-class, web development projects. Strong core technology skills, balanced with an ability to understand customer needs, mentor client-side team members, and manage customer expectations. Past customer-facing professional services experience in either a software firm or consultancy is highly desirable.
Working with customers in a team environment to define technical implementation requirements without losing sight of strategic business goals
Planning, designing and carrying out Percussion CM implementations
Mentoring and guiding customers through the CMS implementation process
Performing any necessary integrations with other software platforms and environments
Contributing to team best practices and a focus on constant improvement
Client-facing experience highly desired
Any hands-on experience with Content Management software and Enterprise Web Applications is highly desirable.
Programming knowledge and experience (JAVA, PERL, .Net)
Scripting language knowledge and experience (JSP, ASP, PHP, etc)
Database development and administration (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
Web server administration (Apache, IIS, Tomcat)
Application servers (BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, JBoss)
B.A./B.S. or greater desired
