Currently working on an interesting web app start-up which I started to develop since February on a full time basis and just recently been validated. Content outlined, design, groundwork and research already been done. Since my background is in business, I need to work with someone who can bring this business into a real service online. I need a technical CTO/ Tech co-founder, an innovative web developer with extensive knowledge of MYSQL, XHTML, CSS, Java Script, AJAX with PHP or Ruby/rails.
