Responsibilities
I am looking for a good website designer with good user-interface experience. First project is to build two online demos and non-working (low tech with images only) prototypes. One is for real estate investors, and the other is for real estate agents websites. They each have different needs, thus the interface and features are different.
We are pre-revenue and prefunding so this will be for equity only at first. Long-term a huge opportunity, since we will be developing many products for the real estate and banking industries. I am looking for someone who's interested in a partnership in this startup with good skills, and if you are that person please respond to this listing.
Overview of the company: Quantgeo is a real time map based tool that accurately predicts housing prices. We are the only online aggregator of local data. Currently, real estate professionals are missing this data. The tool utilizes real time metrics like job-growth, vacancy rates, etc. and drills the analysis down to the Census Block Group, in any neighborhood.
