Responsibilities
iSwifter is seeking to significantly expand its engineering team. The ideal candidate will be an expert on Windows and .NET development frameworks, with experience on both client-side and server-side Microsoft technologies. If you’re equally passionate about building cutting edge consumer facing, mobile applications for Windows Phone and Windows 8 tablets as you are about developing server-side infrastructure on the Azure cloud, then this job is for you!
Skills
BS in Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience or equivalent industry experience
Expert knowledge of C#, .NET, Microsoft technologies
2+ yrs of in depth mobile development experience on Windows Phone platform, including familiarity with Metro
Solid user level understanding of Windows Server, including light system administration level tasks such as user account provisioning and security, configuring system services and server components for development purposes
A good understanding of mobile programming environments & browser technologies and the experience to separate presentation and content
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in an fast paced unstructured environment
Knowledgeable of the latest trends in mobile development environments
Education
MS in Computer Science from a top university
