WorkforceGrowth.com is seeking Junior Sales Executive to generate leads, sell, evangelize and successfully demonstrate our B2B platform to different organizations. This is an entry-level job and strong performers will be recruited into more senior sales, marketing, product and/or operational roles in the company.

This job is specifically targeted at outgoing individuals – college students, recent college graduates, actors, actresses, etc.

We love training and developing smart, ambitious and awesome people. Candidates will receive a complete 2 week sales training class on how to source and qualify leads, set and run appointments (over the phone and in person), and close deals with small to medium size business owners. Admission into the program is extremely competitive and we are seeking only the very best candidates. If you think you have what it takes and want to work with the best we encourage you to learn and grow with us. These positions are available on a part-time and full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to sell and may have one to two years of sales experience. Your time management, communication skills, and a burning desire to succeed are essential.
Responsibilities
Qualify & score sales leads
Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals
Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with vendors
Engage potential clients over email, phone and using GoToMeeting for presentations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience
0 - 2 years of experience in a sales/commission-based role
Skills
Very strong communication skills (oral & written)
Ability to effectively manage time, reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential
Interest in technology and the ability to explain complex concepts in everyday terms
Compensation
- 100% performance based (approx. $50,000 - $95,000 per year) in the beginning
- Will lead to a full-time position with base pay + commission + benefits + bonus + stock options
