**Sr. Ruby on Rails developer

We're a venture backed startup looking for a Sr. Ruby on Rails developer to grow our team of dedicated engineers. In the last two years we have been growing steadily with everything from our national commercials on TV to a Top 50 iPhone application. Experience
Must have 2-3 years of experience working with Rails in a high scale environment.
Must be a Ruby on Rails Expert.
Understand the pain of scaling Rails (and all applications) and bring unique solutions for doing so. Meaning, you've done it before and get angry when people say it can't :).
Be able to jump in and code all aspects of our app, from front to back.
Skills
Strong Ruby skills including meta programming, DSLs, testing frameworks and all that fun stuff
Deep understanding of Rails, from loading the stack to generating templates
Capacity to bring multiple libraries together and build something even better
Strong scripting skills (nobody likes to do things manually)
Command of common and web based protocols such as HTTP, SSL, SSH, SFTP
Using SCM tools, ESPECIALLY GIT.
Understanding/Utilization/Creation of deployment strategies across multi-faceted architecture
Knowledge of the underpinnings of UNIX (installing software, monitoring, administration)
Database skills such as writing queries, making indexes, and knowing more than just ActiveRecord
Scaling in all aspects from the front end to the far backend
APIs, creating them, consuming them and all the authentication business that comes with it.
Cloud services such as Amazon EC2, EBS and S3.  Using Rightscale, or other type of cloud management software.  
Using content deliver networks (CDNs)
Nice to have
Familiarity with other up and coming protocols such as OAuth, OpenID, Open Social
Other languages a major plus (C, Objective-C, Java, Python, Lisp are all cool)
Other frameworks such as Django, CakePHP, Cocoa (Touch), .NET, [Favorite Java Framework here]
Network and Socket Programming
Hadoop/MapReduce
