Overview
Are you passionate about technology, games and social networks?
Do you excel in programming?
If so, keep reading.
We have a game with multiple 10'000 users (after going live 4 weeks ago) and are looking to grow this to multiple million users. There is a proven business model, now is the time to execute. This is not your usual "2 harvard grads with a great business idea looking for someone to do the work". We have technical expertise ourselves and we know that the business can make money, we just want someone to help us getting there faster.
Our team consists of a genius programmer and a savvy business guy, so in order to do that, we need more engineering horsepower. And yeah, that is where YOU come in.
Our products are built using the Django Framework, which makes development fast and effective. So you should enjoy writing python code, because you're gonna be writing a lot of it.
We're looking for some one who is as hungry as we are. Do you have what it takes to grow a 100 million+ company?

Responsibilities
Manage our current product with multiple 10k users from technical side
Develop new products
Suggest and implement new features for existing products
Hire and mentor additional engineers
Experience
worked 2-3 years as programmer
experience in A/B split testing - advantage
experience in gaming - advantage
Skills
Python - a must
Django - advantage
Education
CS Degree from top school or equivalent
Compensation
Equity - We're looking for a cofounder!
