From your phone to your door in about an hour, is eBay Now's motto which is up and running in SF, SJ and NYC. We are ramping up for a pilot in Dallas and looking for a stellar Operations Manager that can bring on a massive team as well as troubleshoot along the way.
Be able to work in a disruptive environment.
Build an operations team from the ground up.
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
Delegate responsibilities effectively.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
You have 2 years of recruiting experience
You have previously managed a team. Work with a start up is a plus but not mandatory.
You have a bachelor’s degree and if you have an MBA that’s a plus!
You're someone who wants to solve a real world problem and doesn't mind being disruptive in the process
You have superb problem solving skills, especially dealing with ambiguous, open-ended questions
You have the ability to work independently…sometimes with little guidance.
You're someone who wants to impact millions of people.
You have experience with the delivery industry.

Bachelor's Degree Required
MBA is a plus!
Commensurate based on experience.
