We are a well established eCommerce company in the heart of midtown looking for our next full-time career driven eCommerce Customer Service Associate. This position will entail handling inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries, cross-sales, handling online chats as well as responding to email correspondence inquiries promptly and professionally. Our ideal candidate is someone who is career driven, goal oriented, and willing to put in the extra effort to produce flawless work.
Prepares for customer inquiries by obtaining a mastery level knowledge products, services, regulations, and customer service processes.
Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; assisting customers in obtaining the best products available to them; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. Develop skills to assist in sales, marketing, and operations aspects of the company
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
eCommerce Retail experience required
2-5 years of customer service experience
Ability to work with a team or independently within a unique corporate culture
Ability to problem solve with limited information provided
Career driven, willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality performance
Microsoft Office Suite experience.
HTML/CSS/SQL a PLUS
General Windows/MAC OS required
4 year degree highly desirable.
