Overview
toshi apartments provides vacation rental apartments in New York City. We offer an affordable, smart alternative to overpriced hotel rooms in NYC. All of our apartments are fully furnished with 42" plasma tvs and full kitchens. Our company is 2 years old and we are run by young people in their 20s. Fun work environment with high expectations for performance.
you will be assigned to 1 person either in operations or sales so that you do not have 4 different people to report to.

Responsibilities
visit apartments (quality control)
show apartments to potential renters
organize office and make suggestions for improvement
take messages on the phone and through email and return phone calls as directed
assist with ad hoc projects as needed and report progress
run errands/deliver random items/ show people how to use things in apartment (heat, tv, internet, keys, etc)
help with social media (twitter, facebook, blogging)
Experience
we will train the right person. we do have full-time positions available based on performance as an intern first
you must be available at least 3-4 days a week (we are open on holidays and weekends)
Skills

computer literate
interpersonal skills
communication skills (report what you have completed/not completed)
presentable and professional demeanor and appearance
