Overview
Lua, a Techstars NYC 2012 startup, is seeking an experienced iOS developer to join our existing team in New York, NY. We're changing the way people collaborate in Film, TV, Live Events, and Sports. Working in a small, fast-paced startup environment, you will be able to greatly to impact our product as continues to develop.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating and participating in the implementation, testing, and support of iOS-based applications using Objective-C, Cocoa, Xcode, and the iOS SDK.
Design and implement new features, create UI, debugging, data modeling.
Assist in testing all applications against software and hardware versions. Provide timely turnaround and documentation of bug fixes during test cycle.
Skills
Expertise in Objective-C programming, Cocoa, Xcode and the iOS SDK.
Strong understanding of interactive application development paradigms, memory management, file I/O, network & socket programming, concurrency and multi-threading.
Strong object-oriented design and development skills.
One or more iOS apps already developed.
Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.
Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision.
