Overview
Our well-funded startup is looking for an experienced mobile interaction and application developer. The company is looking for an iOS Developer to join as a key member of the team. You will be working closely with the CEO, product and engineering teams. You will work in a collaborative environment, which is diverse and open-minded. You need to be a focused, proactive self-starter who can operate in a fast pasted environment.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain new features
Ensure the mobile experience is consistent with overall company/product proposition, including user experience, data handling/retention and feature interaction
Define and document mobile experience (site/app/interaction) goals
Drive mobile testing, usability tests and focus groups – and incorporate feedback into iterations
Responsible for app store submission/process and mobile go-to-market requirements
Continually keep the company up-to-date with current best practices in mobile experiences
Experience
Experience with iOS, Objective C or Cocoa Touch
2-3 years minimum experience in mobile application development
Familiar with fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
Skills
Proficiency in, at least, one modern object-oriented language such as Objective C (preferred), C++, or C#
Good communication skills and team work skills
Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation with strategic thinking and solutions-oriented approach
Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit
