We're an early-stage funded startup in San Diego looking for an experienced iOS Developer to help inspire our growing portfolio of mobile applications. To be considered you must have a compelling portfolio of apps in iTunes that we can view. Our goal is finding a motivated team member who can work in a demanding environment and sets the highest standards for UI/UX and customer engagement.
This is an on-site consulting position with the possibility of a full time gig for the right person. We're located in the UTC area of San Diego. Don't fill our inbox if you're not a San Diego resident willing to work in our offices. Please have a minimum of 3 years of iOS app development experience and be prepared to show us your recent work.

Thoroughly understand product development and help shape product direction and features.

Stay on top of new engagement trends and be demanding about UI/UX details.
Prove to us that you're the best player on the field with an impressive portfolio of apps that show off your ability to wow consumers with an easy to use UI that they just can't walk away from.
We're OK with new talent, as long as you can show us that you understand the trends coding and development.
Teach us something new at your first interview and give us an idea that can make our apps better.
Verify that you've worked professionally for at least 3-5 years or have equivalent experience with integrated apps that we can play with.
Convince us that you're a team player who can get along with others while assertively defending your positions for the benefit of the company - no brooding egos allowed.

We respect the ambition of self-starters but believe that a degree in fine art or graphic design hones discipline. Candidates with advanced degrees may receive preference. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills, thorough attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while working both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
