Web Developers (LAMP) in McLean

CommuniClique is seeking 2 local folks to bring on to the team. 1 strong LAMP developer and 1 UI designer/developer (usability expert) full time. Start date is immediately.

Experience with Amazon EC2 (or elastic cloud computing) and other Amazon Web Services and Asterisk (Open Source Version) are HUGE pluses.

Ideally we do contract to perm but are flexible with other financial arrangements. Ideal candidate has the old "dot com" mentality to work for a lower salary with the rest (and then some) in some sweat equity because they love what we're doing and believe in it. We can do traditional salary as well but it would be nice to be surrounded by passionate people all day every day. Either way we need good people - bottom line.

Developers will work all or part of the time in our Arlington, VA office. We are flexible with partial work from home situations.

Environment is start-up/jeans/t-shirt/flip-flops.

Business Development (Developer Network / API) for a funded SaaS in McLean

Speek (www.speek.com / developer.speek.com) is seeking a Business Development guru to join our team.

Speek was founded in 2006 and post-revenue / profitable.

Speek has 2 founders, both of which have several successful exits under their belts in the software / web space.

If things work out we hope this person becomes a 3rd partner in the company.

We want someone who will be as passionate as we are about Speek to "own" new sales / partnerships of our API! This includes bringing in new customers who implement our API and pay us on a per minute basis, finding partners to include our widget/gadget in their apps or to do tighter integration within their apps, as well as coming up with brand new creative ways to generate revenue using our technology.

Start date is immediately.

You will be responsible for "owning" all aspects of successfully bringing our new API/Developer's network to market. You will also be solely responsible for generating sales both through the web ("hands-off") and through more ambitious and strategic ("hands-on") targets.
