Seeking a talented Web Programmer/developer to join Quotav8 in Canada

Pronounced: Quota Vate, Quotav8 is an very early stage/thought concept and I am seeking an all around technical web developer/coder who is up on the latest programming skills and can help bring my vision alive to the internet. You know how to work hard and have fun and you are a entrepreneurial at heart. You may be very skilled, but it is equally important that we can connect at high level and you require little direction.
Experience is not of concern, provided you can prove your skills and technical know how and be confident that you can lead the technical/development for this project.

Details will be given to interested people who meet the task at hand. You will be an active owner/partner in this startup and part time/moonlighting is fine as long as you can handle the position at hand. I am looking for someone who wants to take a risk at something and have as much fun along the way. You are passionate, you are creative, you know you are one of the best, you don't want a 9-5 position, you want to take a chance on something, you shoot big, and you simply think different and you understand the new web and the crowd community at large.

Quota Vate will be HQ out of Toronto and I prefer someone in the GTA however I am open to US/Canadians.
