Customer Advocate in San Mateo

The Customer Advocate position at Epocrates will have responsibility for increasing customer retention by maximizing product quality, adoption, and overall customer satisfaction. Acting in an individual contributor capacity, this position will interact with, and rely upon resources and contributions from the Engineering, QA, Marketing and Customer & Technical Support organizations. The position will have impact on new products in addition to identifying and driving post release issues (bugs).

The Customer Advocate will effectively interface with customers and internal business units to improve customer satisfaction. The position will be dependent upon assimilation and effective communication of analytical data (Analytics), bug-tracking data (Engineering) and customer ticket data (CaTS) to make informed decisions. The advocate will have significant external customer contact for the purposes of determining product adoption patterns and overall customer satisfaction. It is incumbent upon this position to determine innovative means of developing and maintaining customer feedback.
