Entry Level Hotel Manager in New York

we are looking for a strong "workhorse" type individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills to assist with the daily operations of hotel toshi. we are a small startup that is purposefully structurally lean so this person must be a fast, efficient, and hard worker. anyone looking for a structured, corporate environment should NOT apply. we are a hotel business open practically 24/7 so we work long hours and at least 1 weekend day for a total of 80+ hours per week. hotel toshi is in the midst of launching a website that will greatly reduce the amount of manpower required, so the idea is to reduce the hours when the site launches. in the meantime, you will have a small team of interns to assist you.
