Envarix Systems has two online financial services ventures. The first one is about providing high-quality financial data on publicly traded securities. The second one is about innovative analysis and optimization of investment portfolios. We have a final (non-provisional) patent pending for the core invention of the second venture and lots of ideas for additional defensible IP.
The websites for the ventures have been outsourced and are close to completion. Both ventures use a subscription-based SaaS model (no ads, no freemium). We have conducted a comprehensive competitive analysis and developed an extensive financial pro-forma model.
We are now looking for an experienced CTO / VP of Software Engineering co-founder to help us roll out private/public beta and production websites, as well as XML web services. We would strongly prefer someone who is in a position to work full-time on the ventures and is based in the Washington, DC metro area. Since the ventures are in "stealth mode" and intend to disrupt the status quo in the industry, details will only be provided to qualified candidates under NDA.
