Position Description
The Executive Assistant’s tasks will include:
 Acting as “right arm/gatekeeper” to CEO and provide the highest level of support;
 Be involved in high-level strategy meetings, document commitments and maintain comprehensive and accurate records of meeting notes. Such events will provide him/her with a unique perspective of the management of a growing company and afford a great career-building experience;
 Being responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing the calendar, coordinating meetings and events, scheduling appointments and creating documents and correspondence for the office as a whole;

Position
LanguageMate seeks a candidate who can be a key player in the research and development process for an application designed to improve communication between users of traditional medicine and healthcare providers. Key responsibilities for the position include the following:
- Coordinating the research study in several major hospitals in the New York City area, setting timelines and developing quality assurance instruments
- Working with a team of experts in herbal medicine, data analytics, and multi-lingual product design to implement a NIH-funded study.
- Liaising with international consultants (particularly those located in East Asia).

Qualifications
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with international partners
